bought sansui tv from vijay sales. but within 24hour for problem and now nobody listening .

i bought a 43 inch sansui LED tv on 22nd January from vijay sales swasthya vihar, delhi and after repeated calls finally company people installed it on 25th january night and on 26th morning when i switched on the tv to watch republic day programs it started showing blurry images like some issue in display panel. i immediately called the engineer who had installed it and he said he will come and check. but he did not. so i shared the photos and video on his whatsapp. then in evening again i called him and he refused to come and said you call sansui company and lodge a complaint. thereafter i have called sansui customer care , send emails. Also called vijay sales . but nobody is doing anything. I feel cheated as they sold me defected piece .If we buy some product online on amazon or flipkart they replace it immediately.
