Bought an item on Flipkart BBD Sale, they cancelled it on the last day of the sale, and increased the price by 34%

I bought a Godrej Interio Hannah Engineered Wood King Box Bed (Link) from Flipkart on 2nd October, 2025, under the "Big Billion Days Deal". The product cost me 16979.00 INR, out of which I used my credit card to pay 15979.00 INR and used Flipkart supercoin to pay 1000.00 INR. I attached a screenshot of my order details under "MyOrder.png". The Order ID is OD335619891980277100. The seller is named MYTHANGLORYRetail.

It was scheduled to be delivered on 16th October, 2025, and for that it was shipped on 12th October, 2025. I attached a screenshot of my shipment details under "ShipmentDetails.jpeg". After not receiving it on 16th October, I contacted the Flipkart customer care, who opened a ticket (screenshot attached as "NoDeliveryTicket.png"). I contacted them on 18th, 20th and 22nd October as there was no update on the shipment, like where the shipment was on that day, etc. We can see that missing details in "ShipmentDetails.jpeg".

On 24th October, 2025, I got an app notification regarding the order. I checked the Flipkart website to find a status Replacement Accepted (screenshot attached as "ReplacementAccepted.png"), but the OrderDetails was updated to be cancelled. As I needed the bed, I checked the current price to be 22790.00 INR, out of which only 1000.00 INR can be paid via Flipkart Supercoin, and the rest has to be paid by UPI/Card. I attached a screenshot "CurrentOrderPrice-SameSeller.png". Interestingly, the same seller, MYTHANGLORYRetail, is selling the bed now at an additional price of 5811 INR (34.22 per cent higher). Please note that 24th October is the last date for all the sale deals (both for Flipkart and Amazon). Therefore, obviously, the prices will be on the higher side. I contacted the Flipkart customer care regarding this, and they offered me the following over the call: If I buy the bed once again right now, they will give me the balance 5811 INR in terms of Flipkart Supercoin with a lifetime of 1 month.

Now I have several concerns regarding this:

  1. The order was cancelled on the last day of all the deals everywhere. Is that intentional?
  2. If it was not intentional, why did I not get any update on the whereabouts of the bed for the last 12 days (12th Oct to 23rd Oct, even though I contacted their customer care every alternate day)
  3. One can use a maximum of 1000 Flipkart Supercoins on an order of 10000 INR or more. If I don't want to waste this 5811 Flipkart supercoin, I have to spend almost 60000 INR on Flipkart, that too in the next month, as the supercoins given have a 1-month lifetime. Again, the question of intention comes.
  4. Typically, orders can be replaced if the customer finds them to be damaged. In this case, Flipkart kept the order under your wings for 22 days, declared it damaged and didn't order a replacement, but cancelled the order straight away, even though the same seller is selling the same item, ie he has the same item in his stock ("CurrentOrderPrice-Sameseller.png").
  5. Everything is done on the last day of the deal.
I have sent the above email to grievance.officer@flipkart.com, cs-head@flipkart.com, and cs@flipkart.com. I have not heard from them. The customer care executives misdirected me to non-existent email IDs. I believe they just want me to drop this and forget about this dupe by Flipkart. I want the bed in that price point, or I want compensation for the loss of opportunity. Can you guys please help me out?

PS: While sending this email to the above email IDs, I attached a screen recording ("CurrentPrice.mov") that shows the correct price, return/replace policy of the product that I was unable to attach here. I also have recordings of interactions with customer care executives regarding this deception by Flipkart.
