My order (ID: ORD30930991715) is showing as delivered, but I have not received it, which is completely unacceptable. There has been no delivery attempt at my location, and this false update reflects a serious lapse in your service. Additionally, the delivery person behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner by making inappropriate remarks about my language and speaking rudely. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and deeply concerning.
I expect an immediate investigation along with clear proof of delivery, including all delivery details and confirmation. If the order cannot be delivered right away, a full refund must be processed without delay. Strict action should also be taken against the delivery person for this behavior. Failure to resolve this promptly will leave me with no option but to escalate the matter and file a complaint with the consumer court.
