I purchased a Samsung tablet back cover from Blinkit on 27th February 2026.
Upon recieving the product the size of the cover was larger than the tablet and also the stylus inside was missing in the packaging.
I immediately got in touch with customer service and asked for replacement or refund..the chat person said this cannot be returned..
This is pure daylight robbing from consumer..
The company should be sued for absurd principles of selling items to consumer.
I am terribly angry and disappointed as I use Blinkit almost daily for my needs.If I don't get justice , I will uninstall blinkit from my phone and switch to other service providers.
It's a shame that these companies are not regulated by the Indian government on policies
