Hi,
I am Akshay Kumbhar. I recently placed an order (Order No. ORD65303791161) which included two chicken packs along with other products.
I am extremely concerned to report that I received one chicken pack that was already expired at the time of delivery on 29th March 2026 (expiry date: 28th March 2026). The second pack was also expiring on the same day, making it unfit for safe consumption. Both products had a strong foul odor and appeared completely spoiled. I have attached photos and a video for your reference.
This is a serious lapse in quality control and food safety. Supplying expired and rotten food products is unacceptable and poses a direct risk to consumer health.
I immediately contacted your chatbot support but received an unsatisfactory and irrelevant response. I was trying to search any phone number where I can contact and raised the complaint but unfortunately no single number is available on application. I am also attaching screenshots of that conversation.
Such negligence reflects a highly irresponsible approach towards customer safety. Fortunately, I identified the issue in time, but this could have had severe consequences otherwise.
