Dear Sir\Madam,
With regards to the above, my car was Black Listed approximately four months ago and during this period, I have been to the Bardoli branch of HDFC where i have current checking account to solve this issue. HDFC have sent multiple emails to ''Fastag' who confirmed that the car has been removed from the Black List, however each time I have used my car to date, I have been double charged for using various National and State Highways to total of more than 10,000 Ruppes.
Please help me to resolve this issue and remove my car from the Black List and refund the excess money paid at Toll booth to my HDFC back account name:
