I have purchased 4 Exide batteries for my inverter on 16, 06,2023 which was 60 month warranty. Unfortunately one battery was not getting fully charged and due to that my inverter was not working properly.
I have logged a complaint with Exide service department and there service technician visited my house and after checking all the batteries he rejected the complaint showing the cause that there is gap between the manufacturing and supplying the battery.
It's only 28 months after purchasing the battery. Now they are not responding.
Please advise and help me to get replacement of the battery.
