Dear Sir,

My Father have Taken Home Loan in HDFC BANK LTD, My Father was Death on Oct 2024, Now i have Repay the Full Loan But Bank Asking to me you have to pay 2.8% Pre Payment Charges, I Have So Many time to request via Mail, and telephonic to bank but he is not given proper answer, and HDFC BANK has to ask pay full charges, now My father are no more and he pressurize to pay four close charges,

Request to please help and resolve the my issue

Please provide the complete details about the loan type, is it floating rate or fixed rate ??
