I have paid tds of rs 28000 on income tax portal using bank of maharastra account.
Amount was debited from my bank but i did't get challan against it. income tax portal showing status as "incorrect details from bank'". I have already visited my branch and mailed them many times but still i have not received challan or refund against that amount

I suggest you to send a legal notice to the CMD of BANK OF MAHARASHTRA.

Wait for their reply, and if they are not giving you proper response, revert us back.
