I am writing to report a very serious food safety issue. I purchased a Lava Cake from your Bangalore Iyengar Bakery outlet in Belapur .After eating two bites, I felt something unusual and discovered a cockroach in my mouth from the product.

This is extremely shocking and poses a direct health risk. I request an immediate investigation, strict hygiene checks at the outlet, and appropriate action, including compensation/replacement for the contaminated item.
