Subject: Complaint regarding recurring defects in Pulsar N150 purchased in November 2023

Respected Sir/Madam,

I purchased a Pulsar N150 motorcycle in November 2023. Unfortunately, from the very day of purchase, I have been facing multiple and recurring issues with the vehicle.

In September 2025, abnormal noises started coming from the engine. I reported this issue to the showroom, but due to the non-availability of spare parts, the repair was delayed. The vehicle was returned to me only on 12th September 2025 after service.

However, immediately after taking delivery, the same engine noise reappeared. I informed the showroom the very next day, but they did not treat the issue seriously and simply returned the vehicle without proper rectification. At present, the engine noise has worsened, and new complaints have also developed in the vehicle.

Later, on 07/10/2025, I again handed over the N150 motorcycle to the showroom for the same issue, and they returned it on 10/10/2025. However, the complaint still remains unresolved. I have already informed Bajaj ASM officially, and I am attaching a copy of the message I received from ASM along with this complaint.

Therefore, I respectfully request the Hon’ble Court to kindly direct the company to:

1. Take back this defective vehicle and provide a new replacement vehicle, or


2. Take back the vehicle and refund the entire purchase amount to me, or


3. Conduct a proper inspection or replace the engine of the vehicle.



Once the vehicle’s warranty period is over, the showroom may refuse further responsibility. Hence, I seek an immediate and just resolution. I purchased the vehicle at the showroom’s quoted price without any discount or concession. Therefore, Bajaj Auto Ltd., as the manufacturer, should take responsibility to either replace or refund for this defective product. I paid an amount of ₹23,500 directly to the showroom and took a lone of ₹1,24,000 for the remaining amount to purchase the vehicle. Considering this significant financial commitment, you can understand my mental stress and frustration caused by the recurring issues with the vehicle.

I kindly request the Hon’ble Consumer Court to intervene and take necessary action at the earliest.
