I was badly facing issue with ola company as my scooter breakdown on 23th August 2025 and on that time i was travelling to my office in rainfall when the belt was broken then i have called up for RSA support to ola as i have ola care+ by paying extra amount to the company and there is mentioned in terms and conditions that they will provide us a cab in that situation i was waited there for 1hour in rainfall there was no cab service provided by the company and no one called me back as the company assistant ask me to wait for 15-20 mint i will received the call from RSA support and after that I mailed the company for all the situation there was no response on it after which i start calling them where i have to wait for at-least 25-30mint to just connect with the customer care team and when i was fed up with all these things i have mailed that i am not going to take responsibility if my scooter got stolen or there is other any issue occurred apart from belt as i have all the proofs of mail and calls that they were not responding anything on it.
