Dear Team,
I am filing this complaint against Axis Bank Ltd for serious fraud, misrepresentation, and illegal SARFAESI action on my home loan.
Axis Bank internally showed my loan as ₹40,00,000, but my title deed affidavit clearly shows only ₹33,30,295 was actually deposited.
This mismatch is unexplained and creates suspicion of document manipulation.
Bank recorded EMI as ₹37,895 and tenure 240 months.
But actual EMI deducted was different, and recalculations were never informed to me.
In several documents, bank used Vuyyuru Raj Kiran, Vuppala Rajkiran, and other variations.
Identity mismatch is a serious compliance failure.
Axis Bank filed a false affidavit before the Magistrate stating:
This is a criminal act under IPC 191, 192, 193, 199, 200, 420, 468, 471.
Without proper 13(2) and 13(4) service, bank pushed for Section 14 action.
Stay order is active, but Axis Bank recovery team still tried to threaten tenants and create fear.
My complaint was closed under clause 10(2)(b)(ii) even though:
I request public awareness, consumer protection, and strict action against Axis Bank for suppressing facts and misusing SARFAESI.
Requested Relief:
