Dear Team,

This is to inform you that I, Diana Mary Dsilva, had taken a credit card from Axis Bank around two years ago. I have always made my payments on time; however, in the past 4–5 months, there were some delays from my side. Despite the delay, I ensured that I cleared all my dues and have made a total payment of ₹67,704, including monthly interest charges ranging between ₹3,000 to ₹7,000.

During the delay period, I received several calls from Axis Bank, including from the collections department, where some representatives used inappropriate and harsh language toward me. This situation caused me a great deal of stress and impacted my health, yet I still arranged the funds and ensured that all payments were made to clear my dues completely.

Now, even after settling the entire outstanding amount, I am unable to use my credit card. When I contacted customer care, the representative (Tanya) informed me that I would need to wait for six months before the card can be used again and that I must continue paying ₹5,000 per month after the bill is generated — even without using the card.

After all the efforts I have taken to clear my payments, I feel this outcome is unfair and disappointing. I kindly request your urgent intervention to review my case, reactivate my credit card, and ensure such treatment does not happen to other customers in the future.
