I Chandan Mohanty resident of Gopiballavpur , Jhargram , West Bengal 721506 national member of World Human Rights Protection Commission and President of Jhargram District Toto Committee (Affiliated to Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh) want to inform you that I had purchased one modified jeep from Nippy Jeep Modification address - Mandi Dabwali Owner Name - Sarbjeet Singh (Nippy) I had invested and given him total of 453000 for the jeep.He first sended me the jeep via transport but hadn’t handed me the vehicle papers.I ask him for the papers but he gave me reasons that you will get soon.Then after few days he told that for the papers you have to come to Punjab as it was Punjab number RTO I told him I couldn’t come to Punjab as it is far away from my place , after few days he updated me that you don’t have to come send me the jeep back I will make new chassis with new number plate of Rajasthan RTO.I trusted him that he will do so but after sending the jeep back 1.5 years ago he gave me false hopes & silly reasons that he will sell the jeep and give me money.On the other hand when I questioned him why don’t you send it back if you are unable to sell then he told me that i will send you the jeep back on a regular basis.Now he is neither giving me the money back or the jeep.I am facing a financial crisis so i want the jeep back or money what i had invested.He double crossed me by giving false hopes and emotionally harassed me. So i request you to look into this matter on an urgent basis and take strict action as I can’t go to Haryana and bring the jeep back or my hard earned money.
