1. My Name is Bhushan Lal residence of Defence Colony Ambala Cantt. On 02 Apr 2024 I had taken a policy of SBI Life Insurance from State Bank of India, RA Bazar, Amaba Cantt.
2. The next premium was due on 02 Apr 2025. Due to some financial issues, I had not paid the premium. On 26 Mar 2025 I text a message to my agent and Branch Manager of the Bank to de-link the auto debit of premium from my linked account.
3. Subsequently on 03 May 2025 I got the e mail from SBI Life on discontinue of my policy.
4. My policy details are as under: -
(a) Policy No-1K 591923006
(b) Name of policy- SBI Life- Smart Wealth Builder
(c) Name of Agent- Mr Radhey Shyam Sharma, Branch Manager SBI, RA Bazar, Ambala Cantt.
5. But on 30 Jun 2025, Mr Radhey Shyam Sharma has deducted Rs1,00,000 (Rs One Lakh only) from my account.
6. I raised the issue, but no response.
7. I raised the issue with regional branch office, grievance cell- No fruit full response.
8. I want my deducted amount back to my account. I don't want to pay the premium.
