Dear Team,
My Ather 450X recently had an oil leakage issue, for which the necessary repairs were carried out at your Nikol service centre in Ahmedabad. Please refer to the attached invoice for details.
However, during the repair work, the front top steering panel was broken by your service centre staff and has been refitted in its damaged condition. Since this damage occurred during servicing, I request you to arrange for its replacement free of cost and on priority.
I would also like to express my serious dissatisfaction with the overall service experience. The attitude of the service centre staff was very poor, and the level of service provided was highly disappointing. Customers expect their vehicles to be handled with proper care and professionalism, especially when they visit an authorised service centre.
I request your team to take the following actions:
Arrange for the replacement of the damaged front top steering panel free of cost.
Ensure that the replacement is completed on priority without any additional charges to me.
Investigate the poor service experience and inappropriate attitude of the service centre staff, and take the necessary corrective action.
I expect Ather to take responsibility for damage caused during its own repair work and resolve this matter promptly.
Please confirm the replacement arrangements and expected completion date at the earliest.
