Sir, I am from Belgaum, Karnataka 590016.
have a ASUS ROG 5s phine in warranty period. There are some major issues with the phone like charging problem, buttons problem, charger problem etc. I have submitted my phone to (TVS infotech) service center in on 14/10/2025, they said that the phone need to send to Pondicherry for repair & it will take 20 days to come back, i said ok. But it is been 12 days bit the phone is still at the same place, during the process my warranty period is also lapsing.
I complained several times to customer care & thwy escalate the issue to seniors & expect a call from senior but the seniors never called.
Now i want to take a legal action against their unprofessional behavior. I want my cell phone back with a compensation along with it.
