My water purifier stopped functioning on August 15, 2025. On August 16, 2025, I filed a complaint, and the service technician advised me that a new PCB board was required. As of today, August 25, there have been no updates, and we must purchase 10 L of mineral water each day. As a result, I have to pay Rs. 1,200, and the expense is rising every day. In the interim, I have also filed a complaint through Aquaguard's consumer complaint. This is an unacceptable service. I have a gold AMC membership, but its a waste.
