I purchased Aquaguard Marvel Enrich water purifier on 25 th July. Despite repeated calls installation was done on 31st July. For 1 month water purifier worked fine, thn neither it was pumping water in or out. Lodged complaint and had to call customer care number 7039883333 multiple times to get Tech. No one came, only after negative comments on FB, that Tech came. Again past few days its not dispensing water.

Lodged complaint number CM 180925 59001479, app gave window of 5pm to 6 pm, no one came or called.

Had to buy water from outside. This happening within warranty period, i am worried what will happen after 1 year.

I don't want to keep this product, want my money back.
