Hello Team,

I had purchased Slimtech on 21st October, after installation it was not working and it was behaving weird. Water was not coming out even after touching the button multiple times and when a finger was swung around the outlet pipe water was coming out, which is not the way it should work and it does not work when there is no power. I have been following up for a month, I get a response saying now it is google form and we do not have any visibility. I am totally frustrated and mentally upset.

I am horrified at the service quality.
They are extremely lax at their attitude and frankly don't care a damn for customers.

Reputed company and had trust on them, but disappointed

Hope this will be solved at the earliest.

I suggest you to send an E-Mail to the Aqua Guard Customer Support team and also CC to higher authorities.

Wait for their reply for atleast 10days (including solution)
If you still not get the solution, you can file a case in Consumer Forum..

Good day !

I have raised the concern with Grievance team and they promise me to do at the earliest. But response from the replacement team is lethargic.
I am waiting since 21st October to get Slimtech replaced with Nova model, I am really Frustrated and fed with Aqua Guard purifier. I am in touch with Grievance team past 11 days and also in touch with the manager from Kathriguppe [ Bangalore ] branch, but I am the one who is suffering and following up where in Aqua Guard company is expected to do the follow up.

If you are not getting reply from Aqua Guard purifier company, we suggest you to file a consumer case to get justice.

The process is very simple, you need to create an account in Consumer Commission E-Filing Application

After the verification, you need to upload 4 main files and supporting files.

1) Affidavit
2) Memo of Parties
3) Index
4) Events

And supporting documents like Addhar Card, Jobsheets, Bills etc... (Depending upon the Event file)

The forum will review your case and files and update you accordingly.

In Consumer Forum, your documentation part should be strong.
