I have ordered some items through Electronics wholesale from China, Shenzhen Company Direct at factory prices, Online Wholesaler, Dropshipper, Supplier, Agent, one stop Shopping, Dropshipping. the past few orders got delivered properly.
but my recent order ALL-IN-ONE PACKAGE TRACKING | 17TRACK. even though it reached India and got customs cleared, it was being handled by
BALAMURLI IMPEX PRIVATE LIMITED
and they initially sent the package through xpressbees, and when the xpressbees tracking status showed that the package is my city, suddenly status changed to return to seller, without being transparent about the reason. I tried contacting BALAMURLI IMPEX PRIVATE LIMITED through email. as it shows them as seller in India (maybe because they are an impex company and handling my shipment in India) but they haven't responded. they currently have my shipment undelivered, which was imported from China.
I don't know nor recieve any help from sunsky as they are asking me to deal with local. and there is no response from local BALAMURLI IMPEX PRIVATE LIMITED
