Last year 1st June 2024, i received two emails which stated that, Dear customer hold has been placed on your account for 40,000 and 49,954 for the reason Cyber Crime - SBI. Please do not reply to this auto generated email.For any query contact to our toll-free number 18001234 &18002100.
To get this resolved I raised a cyber complaint in National cyber crime reporting portal with Acknowledgement number - 20210240039577 and the status is still showing as under process. An when I reached out to my SBI branch manager he said, please get the NOC from Cyber crime dept then only we can release the hold on your account. So could you please help me to get this issue resolved. Thank you.
