My parcel is not delivered even after multiple complaints nothing is done.

Last year also my parcel was not delivered and said delivered the amount still shows pending and as it was paid through a third party app I have to deal with legal actions.

Thread 'Refund Denied After Return Pickup – Amazon Order #403-0319751-0159578'

I ordered a 3-piece Kamilant American Tourister trolley bag set from Amazon (Order ID: 403-0319751-0159578) on April 28, 2025. However, I received only one large-sized bag instead of the full set. I initiated a return and returned the same item that was delivered to me.

The return was picked up by Amazon’s delivery partner on May 14, 2025. After that, Amazon claimed that I returned the wrong item and denied the refund of ₹5,999.
