I have ordered a mattress from Amazon. The size is 72*36*8 on 29/08/2025. It got delivered on 02/09/2025 . The mattress is too thick for my elderly mother. So I requested for an exchange order with thickness 6 inch .
But Amazon told me to contact the seller and When I contacted seller ,i.e, SleepyCat , they told me to contact Amazon.
Both are throwing me to each other like a ball.
Either I want a mattress of thickness 6 inch or I want it to be returned.
