Recently I have purchased Samsung Galaxy z flip 5 in Amazon. After a month of uses age it got damaged, and I went Samsung series centre. They checked mobile after that only I got to know it’s not an Indian mobile and it’s a used one some one already used the same mobile on 2023. I was raised a complaint for this no proper response and not ready to give for new mobile and no refund yet it’s really very bad experience that I am facing. Take action against Amazon people.And I was requested for new mobile only because I was already paid 2 month EMI.
