Dear Sir,
I bought 3 fans with installation on the Amazon app. I paid 16924 as shown through UPI. When I checked after ordering it showed installation for 3 fans. The next day the technician from Urban pro called me. I told him 3 fans need to be installed. He accepted and came in the evening. The technician said that he will install only one and the others cannot be done. I contacted Amazon and find that the order was manipulated and it was showing only one. The technician refused to do the job and left. I tried to connect with the customer care and they promised to install all the three, but did not take any action I tried for three days and every day a new guy will answer and give a different version. I requested them to take back all the goods sold and return back the money. which they are not complying with. They have not sent any sms or mail about the order for me to have a proof of booking they are sending messages to their app and are conveniently modifying according to their whims and fancies. Request you to kindly control this cheating on the part of Amazon and urban company
