I ordered 2 bed sheet from Amazon on 23August and one bed sheet is delivered on 29th aug and another one is not received when I noticed it shows in a app both are delivered when I contacted to Amazon they said as return date is gone they are unable to help..I am prime customer of Amazon but they are not helping at all

Was this an Open Box delivery ??

Opened at Doorstep: The delivery partner opened the main shipping box and the product box in front of you.

Physical Inspection: You checked the item for visible scratches, dents, or missing accessories before accepting it.

Delayed OTP: You provided the delivery verification OTP only after completing the physical check.
