I ordered for 2 WZATCO Yuva Go Android 13.0 Smart Projector through Amazon on 15th Nov 2025. Both were to be delivered the same day. However, Amazon delivered only one of the projectors. When I called customer care of Amazon, they registered a service ticket. But after that there was no progress on my order. I had to follow-up multiple times, and each time they will look into the issue. On 19th Nov, Amazon sent another email mentioning that the order would be delivered on 20th Nov or 21st Nov 2025, but the order never reached me.
I called customer care again on 22nd Nov, but to no avail. They put through the same process of telling me what I already can see on the website that the order has not yet been shipped. One of the customer support person hung up the phone - saying I am being disrespectful.
