Amazon not giving my refund

This mail sent to ICICI bank for Refund confirmation but no one helping in this matter Not amazon or Not Icici Bank.

I bought a mobile from amazon for Rs 12943.84 which I paid for and the cost including interest was Rs 13599 on dated 28 - Mar-2024,
Due to some problem with the mobile, the mobile has been returned to Amazon and the Amazon say that they have returned my money. The total value of our order was 25999 and amazon says that they have tried to transfer the money many times but the money is not being accepted from your ICICI Bank side but last time they transferred half the money to my bank account ( 468 ) and half the money.has been sent to my credit card ( 8015) so that your bank has accepted it and has credited my credit card and my bank account.


But I have to say that since Amazon people have sent me the money, I have received only one amount of Rs 12943.84 from them, they have sent the money to my credit card and it has not yet reflected in my credit card. Breached Given timeline by amazon 23 Nov 2024.
When I talked to amazon about this amazon asked me to talk to my bank and said that if the bank gives us charge back form then only we can know that you have not received your money otherwise amazon will No help in this matter.


So my request to you is that please check this matter with your level and tell Amazon that only Rs 12943.84 has credited into my bank account and apart from this money has been not credited to my credit card until.
