I bought the product via Amazon portal / app. Wanted to retuen the product but the delivery agent delayed the pick up, Amazon kept telling they'll reschedule but now it not seen as pick up rescheduled. Even after charring wirh them n asking them for mental harassement n refu d of convenience fees / market place refund they denied saying on refund of the amount will b done. When a product is returned y the convenience fees also not returned n it says 14 days for refund why so many days when they want money immediately. N the return window will close soon. When the agent isnt doing his work why dont they punish the agents / agency why harasse the customer by asking them to chat via link n no resolution provided. This has occurred multiple times. They need to be taught a lesson, cuz they have no authority to refund the convenience fees as per protocol but no protocol to stop harassing custoemrs. Also they cant give the agents number again protocol. N even after all this d seller isnt barred from selling on amazon. Total harassement to customer from a customer centric company ensuring custoemrs go eccentric
