I had book an order by 26th march 2025 for INUS Kitchen Smart and Unique Gas Regulator, and as per Amazon commitment they deliver it on 1 days ( 26th march-2025) but still it not delivered and update the status on amazon portal order deliver to security guad at 11:00 PM( mid night) and there are no any security guard available at my house. after multiple time complain amazon book an replacement order(30th march-2025) for same and expected delivery date was 4th march-2025. but still it's not recieved yet. and always ask wait for 24hrs. will try to deliver it ASAP. I am an Amazon prime member. I have already paide the Amazon Prime membership subscription amount for 1day free delivery. Also the order is pre-paid. I mean I have already paid the product amount to Amazon. For now the Product amount is initiated for refund after 15days without my confirmation ( Not recieved yet) .
I need Both amount refund (
1. Product Amount -499.00,
2. Amazon Prime Membership fee - 399.00)
total -898.00
due to they not fullfill his commitment and take own action without my confirmation.
