I, Shrinivas Hitnalli, placed an order on Amazon India (Order ID: 407-4445024-4551547) on 20 December 2025 for two Whoop bands and made full payment online.
However, only one Whoop band was delivered, and the second item was missing. Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups with Amazon customer support, no refund or replacement was provided.
Further, the Amazon OFM team closed the complaint without providing any resolution. When I requested escalation, I was informed that no further escalation or email communication would be entertained, leaving me with no internal remedy.
This conduct amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, causing inconvenience and harassment.

Relief Sought
  1. Refund of ₹43,250, being the value of the undelivered Whoop band
  2. Any other relief deemed fit by the Hon’ble Commission.
