Im shubham i purchased gaming laptop from amazon and it got delivered to me on 26th sep so upon unboxing i found out two deep scratches on front panel of laptop, contacted amazon customer care about it uploaded all the photos and they arranged pick up of this laptop for 30th sep from that date to till now nobody came for the pick up so i contacted them they made return pick up for 3rd, 5th & 7th october and yet again nobody came for pick up now amazon is telling me that i refused pick up and now they cannot help me. It is amazon pick up team fault not mine please help me.
