I ordered a KENT Grand Plus RO Water Purifier from Amazon.in on 18 December 2025 (Order No: 404-5845225-6224309). The full payment was made using my credit card, causing direct financial liability.
Although the package was marked as delivered, the actual water purifier was missing from the box. I received only carton boards/packaging material, not the product I paid for. I immediately contacted Amazon customer care within the return window and shared all required details, including an unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package and the missing item.
During the initial investigation, there was a miscommunication with the delivery agent where the word “scrap” was misunderstood or recorded as “scratch.” I became aware of this only after the first investigation was completed. This clarification may not have been properly uploaded, leading to a mismatch in Amazon’s investigation outcome.
There is also regular tape pasted from which complete product can be taken out, which make me believe my product is tampered.
Despite receiving multiple emails from Amazon’s Executive Customer Relations team acknowledging that the item was missing and that investigations were ongoing, Amazon later closed the case stating that the “correct and complete product was delivered,” without sharing any concrete proof or explanation.
As a result:
I am a genuine customer and have cooperated fully at every stage. I request a fair resolution in the form of a full refund or replacement, as I did not receive the product I paid for.

As a result:
- I have neither the product nor the refund
- I have suffered financial loss
- There is a clear deficiency in service
- Conflicting responses were given during different stages of investigation
