Hello Sir/Madam,
I had loaded a amount 12500 to my Ajio wallet via gift card and had placed an order and same I had to return due to size issues
I have made the return on 7th -Dec-2025 and till today my voucher amount is not reflecting back in my Ajio wallet fully
I have been following up with Ajio customer care team and grievance team from last 80 days but they are unable to resolve this issue, according to them they are able to see the balance of 12500 in their system, but its irrelevant to me as I am unable to see it in app or website due to which I am unable to use the same
DSo I am here filing the case on consumer help forum
