I ordered an h&m top from ajio, and they sent me XL size when I ordered an S size, also the colour of the top was completely different so i returned it. My return was picked up on 16th February 2026 and i have literally zero update for the refund till 1st March, i raised a complaint on the app but no resolution at all.
They took my money and are not willing to help.
Also the app shows return pickup by 26 Feb when i already had given my return on 16th.
