I placed a prepaid order on AJIO on 11 December 2024 for a pair of boots (Order ID: FN6985600697 The payment was successfully completed at the time of ordering.
Since then, AJIO has repeatedly delayed the delivery date without providing any valid reason or resolution. Each time the expected delivery date approaches, it is postponed again. Despite multiple days passing, there has been no actual movement of the shipment.
I have contacted AJIO customer support, but I have received only generic responses with no concrete delivery timeline or solution. This has caused mental harassment, inconvenience, and financial stress, as my money has been blocked for an unreasonable period without delivery of the product.
