I have placed an order on 20/12/24 and neither have not received it, nor have I been able to request for refund or replacement. I placed a formal complaint via E-Mail after not being able to get in touch with any representatives on their helpline number (which is forever busy or invalid).
My ticket number is COM00084216730 and 2 representatives from AJIO customer care team (Moumita Rajak and Riya Mogiya) promised my issue would be resolved before 30/12/24. Ajio is clearly a fraudulent app operating in broad daylight under the 'Reliance' name at this point. I have faced a traumatic experience with them and am leaving it in the hands of the Consumer Court to bring me justice as neither is this is not a small billing amount , nor is AJIO some small E-commerce site to get away with such fraud.
