Hi I am writing this because I'm deeply annoyed by the airtel wifi service and their staffs. I'm from Coimbatore saravanampatti location last month i have requested a new wifi connection for my home , one of the associate from thudialur contacted me and proceed my request but he incorrectly request a Airtel fiber instead of air fiber. When i inform about it he cancelled my request and place a new request from his own mobile number without my consent and asked money from me and i politely refuced until you done the installation i will not pay you, after a while one an airtel engineer came and gave the setup for name sake that is not even working properly. I have activated the plan for 899 with 100mbps speed but im barely getting upto 24mbps.while i complaint them they didn't even responding me
