Hi Mam/Sir,
I have raised a request for shifting my WiFi connection on 25th Feb’26 but there was a delay from the Airtel team and post follow up technician visited the new location and informed to raise a cancellation due to low network connectivity. Since then I am chasing Airtel team to cancel my shifting request and cancel my WiFi connection completely but looks like they are not in favour of doing it and want me to pay additional bill for the additional duration due to there fault (Additional amount details are yet to be confirmed) Please intervene and support here.
Communication was made to Airtel by my son who was using the service at his location - 9591446841
