Dear Airtel Customer Support,

I would like to report a network issue that I have been facing over the past few days. For the last three days, I have not been getting proper signal strength, and the internet speed has been consistently poor, even though I am located near an Airtel tower.

In addition, over the past two weeks, my phone has been showing a 5G network, but the speed remains very slow, and even the 4G data performance has deteriorated noticeably. Furthermore, when I try to file a complaint, I am unable to reach customer care as no one is responding to my calls or messages.

Kindly look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest, as it is causing inconvenience in my daily usage.
