I have already started and have disputed the incorrect roaming services which were activated from your end without my consent. These charges are unjustified and needs reversal. Post which I will make the payment which is due. I am putting down these charges again for your reference.
1. Daily charge of INR.648 between 27 November till 16 December (total of 13 days, amounting to INR. 8424)
2. One time roaming charge of INR.2999 which was applied in October'25, which I have already paid - This also needs to be reversed.
3.Now because you activated roaming without my consent and my knowledge, I also got connect to internet and a usage of 1.4MB was recorded which costed me INR.975
All this has costed me INR.12398, of which I have accidently/unknowing paid INR.2999 (+ GST)
I need a complete reversal of these mentioned charges and a breakdown of what I actually need to pay with a written email.
