Subject: Urgent Complaint – Airtel Fiber Connection Not Working Properly

Respected Sir/Ma'am
My Name is Debaranjan Sabar . I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding our Airtel Fiber connection (Airtel account Number - 20012178583 )
( Airtel Landline Number - 06856455695)
(DSL Number- 0685616098080)
Complaints SR Details: 11019712701 .
For the past 4 days, our Wi-Fi has not been functioning properly.I have been raising complaints daily through the Airtel Thanks app and have also spoken to customer care several times, but there has been no proper resolution. The issue still persists, and this has been causing major inconvenience.
We are using this connection and due to this unstable internet, our school work and online tasks are getting delayed every single day.
Given that the service has not been working for more than 4day despite multiple complaints, I fail to understand why I should pay the full bill for a connection that is not even functioning properly. It is unfair to expect payment when the service quality has been so poor and unreliable.
I request you to treat this issue as urgent, send a technician to fix it permanently, and consider a bill adjustment or waiver for the days the service was not working.
