Airtel - I requested airtel for new WiFi connection, same day sales person visited me and asked for 2500 rupees, and left saying same day the setup will be done however after a week a person visited for a setup and said that isnt possible due to low/no network availability at my location with the promise that refund will process in next 3 days however there is no progress.

after a 2-3 week struggle the customer care says there is no request received and none of the individual is responding.

I visited Airtel store and left with huge disappointment saying you should complaint online only.

I requested them to check my 15 years postpaid plan as i realize the bill amount increased lately however the girl was too rude and saying come only on the bill date to check.

Please help me with refund and query related to postpaid bill

Hello Pooja,

We suggest you to send a Notice to the CMD of Airtel, ask them for the refund and compensation of Rs. 5000/- due to delay in service.

Also share the copy of Notice with us.
