my name is Niraj P Vyas, i have purchased Airtel Black Box DTH connection with wifi.
after complaint of too many times, my connection was not working properly and finally i decided to disconnect the same.
i have visited at Rajkot Yagnik Road Airtel office as one date 11/03/2026 for cancellation process, they made a request for the same and informed me that within 7 working days connection will be cancel and i will get my refund as per applicable, but when i visited store again as on date 19/03/2026, they informed that my request has been auto closed without resolved. than also i requested again for the same. but till date 24/03/2026 my request is till Open. and no one is taking any kind of responsibility and giving answer very Unprofessionally. i am suffering from mental torcher hance requesting for a Strict Action.
