I've been frustrated with Airtel for a couple years now. But today I've had enough. They do not provide all the necessary details regarding their 5g data packs and top ups upfront. It's all buried in the app. Recently I paid for what I though5 was ₹49 data pack that's supposed to be unlimited but instead now I have no data left after using 20gb. Yesthey do mention this in the app. But how can you call it unlimited when it's not. And the details are always hidden away so as to mislead people deliberately. The worst part is I tried charging again for 49₹ and it does nothing. If it only works with base data they should atleast have an option to claim refund. I tried contacting customer care, but they ve deliberately made it impossible to talk to a real human agent. There's not even hiding it anymore. It's so obvious to anyone who bothers to follow up. How is this allowed?
