I flew from Srinagar to Hyderabad on December, 26,2024. My flight was supposed to land at 8 05 pm. It landed at 9 pm
Thus I lost my connecting flight to Chennai.
My flight from Srinagar was Indigo and my flight to Chennai was also Indigo but they refused to put me on another flight saying I had bought two separate tickets.
Next morning I flew to Chennai on an Air India flight
I stayed the night in a pod at the airport

We have gone through your complaint, as you have purchased two different tickets, you are not entitled for the refund.

If you booked the connecting flight then it was the duty of Indigo to shift you in the connecting flight.
