As i had add airtel black with my existing post paid connection on 20/08/2024. after that till date airtel black bill not generating i raised the complaint in customer service many times with local outlet. still issue not resolving also monthly the bill amount increased. as a normal customer how i pay once all bill. this is purely harasment with me. kindly clear the bill with 500000 penalty. also i had sent mail many times to resolve the issue still not resolved,

Hello @Girija2024 Ji,

We suggest you to send a notice to the CMD of the Airtel, wait for their reply and if they are not replying you we suggest you to file a case in the Consumer Forum.
