This is with regard to misinformation and mischief by personal working at Aquair Service Point of Kent RO Systems Ltd. I bought Kent Grand plus RO machine ( KR 17) in 2017. After couple of years I was informed that annual maintenance contract (AMC) required for any troubleshooting for non functional of machine. I started subscribing the AMC thereafter. In the year 2022 I was sold AMC for two years, receipts attached by someone named shaban. Therein it is specifically mentioned that candle will be changed in 6 months for free but no one appeared from company not I was informed through electronic means regarding service and replacement for same.
Further next year again someone named vikas sharma sold AMC for two years misinforming me that no AMC was in force then. Whereas in reality no AMC was required as a AMC was already in Force till 2024. And he made me pay Rs 8200 again. This was totally fraud. Further no filter or candle was changed.
Again around in the early months of years 2024 I requested for service. A person appeared but rather than changing filter and candle this person said everything is okay and no need to change candle or filter.
Now on Dec 9th 2024 due to poor quality of water I called Kent service centre , a field engineer named Shabad appeared and he informed that all the filters are choked, motor malfunctioning and candle needs to be changed. It is unfortunate that despite charging hefty amount in the name of Annual maintenance contract no one appeared to change candle or filter and due to this motor also damaged. On account of this I faced irreparable loss of around 50000. Further the visiting field engineer again sold me 9000 Rs Full maintenance contract. I believe I have been cheated and provided a product for which no service provided, no intimation provided regarding any service due. I therefore praying to issue proper direction and recover Rs 50000, damage and loss done to me as a customer.
